It has, in recent years been used in several tv shows – one being the hit show “Friends” for example. However, these tend to glamorize it, even give it powers which almost give you super powers.
This just isn’t the case. This is just simply the movie producers trying to make it more interesting, funnier, more exciting etc. In reality it can have some amazing benefits, but just not as instant, or miraculous as hollywood would have you believe.
