The psychic ability which pertains to the ability to view people, objects and places is know as remote viewing. This ability is not in the range of our five senses. Without the ability to remote reviewing you would not be able to view these things. Your psychic ability can be trained to view these things without your need to be within sight of it.

However, this isn’t the same thing as an out of body experience. An out of body experience is also called astral travel, and it’s where you’re traveling in spirit form, out of your body, to actually view an event or place with you ‘there.’ To view remotely you need to have done some kind of remote viewing training.

Considered a form of psychic dowsing, remote viewing is using your psychic powers to find anything you want to find. An individual who has taken remote viewing training and is looking to find something uses a form of ESP.

Remote viewing is really a form of psychic dowsing, where you’re using psychic power to seek what you want to find. If you know how to do remote viewing, you can use this form of ESP to locate what you want to find.

We all have at least some latent psychic ability, but many of us have not fully developed this as with other skills, when we were young. Most of us only use about 10% of our brains’ capacity, which means that we leave fully 90% of our brainpower left untrained and untapped so that we’re not quite sure not only what we can do, but how to do it.

Imagine what it might be like if you could simply pause for a moment, “reach out with your mind,” and know that your children were fine, even if you couldn’t see them. This gives you great peace of mind and security, and it’s priceless to be able to use remote viewing for this type of beneficial need.

You can try some of these techniques to remote viewing training on your own:

1. Sit in a comfortable, quiet place and close your eyes. Clear of any and all distractions before you start.

2. Breathe deeply through your nose, relaxing as you do so. You may find it easier to control your breathing if you press your tongue lightly against the roof of your mouth, which will also help keep you from yawning while you do this.

4. Your training in remote viewing often starts by choosing a simple subject, just to show your mind that you are capable of achieving this type of psychic seeking. Begin by viewing yourself from the rear, in a place in front of you. Like you were looking at your relaxed body, while you sat there, through a mirror. Have patience, it may be difficult at first to permit your mind to see yourself in an opposite perspective. However, when you finally see yourself as others see you, and when you do, you will be in for a wonderful surprise.

5. Once you’ve mastered the control that you need to have to see yourself from this type of remote perspective, you can challenge yourself somewhat by going little bit further in your mind’s eye. Cast your remote ‘seeing eye,’ in other words, a little bit wider, and observe a location from your distance that you know very well. Perhaps a friend’s or parent’s home is someplace your you are very familiar with, and if so, you can test yourself by noting where dishes are sitting in the sink, or magazines are sitting on the table. As soon as you can, call that person and check and see if what you saw was really what was happening. This will help you reinforce what you’ve seen, and this is important because it will show you that you are capable of doing this.

It’s also possible to change these exercises for remote viewing training to include two other people. The response time for feedback and results will be much faster. In your place, have a friend (in another room) repeat simple movements like pulling hair or waving a hand. Try to see, through your remote viewing exercises, which movement your friend is repeating. Compare the notes from both of you and get the results.

You may find that it is both quicker and easier to fall into a relaxed state once you have been spending time practicing your remote viewing training techniques. This is a similar state of relaxation to the trance-like state of relaxation reached under hypnosis. While still conscious of what is going on, the body relaxes enough to access the subconscious mind.

As you continue to practice, you’ll find that it’s much easier and faster to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. In fact, this relaxed state is similar to the trancelike relaxations people achieve when they’re under hypnosis. They’re still fully awake, but their body is fully relaxed, so that they can access their subconscious minds directly.
