Anxiety Test – Do You Need To Take One?
Friday, August 7, 2009 10:44Could you identify a panic attack if you had to? I know first hand it’s one of the scariest things to happen and it didn’t even happen to me! I happened to be in a car with my wife driving while she had an anxiety attack.
I sure wish we’d had the opportunity to know beforehand by taking a panic symptoms test. Sadly we had to find out with a full blown attack.
I can honestly say I was scared for our lives. I had never in forty odd years seen anything like this anxiety attack my wife was in the grip of. That sounds about right “in the grip of”, as invisible giant hands were seemingly trying to squeeze her.
I reckon millions of people don’t even realise they are having a panic attack, but they are. They may experience different levels of anxiety but the fact remains, they are a victim. It’s not all doom and gloom as they can be easily conquered no matter how bad.
My wife went through countless doctors who all came up with a similar story. It’s in your head they’d say. There’s nothing to fear they would say. I’ve seen these attacks and there is definitely something to fear if you don’t know how to stop them.
I could care less whether it’s in your head or not. If you are having an attack you certainly know about it. A few symptoms to keep an eye out for are underneath. If you recognize one or two then you could be at risk. You may need to act fast if you think you have symptoms of anxiety attacks. Better to act now than wait for a life threatening attack.
If you want to check out the number 1 (in my opinion) method to stop these attacks dead in their tracks then click this link… Cure Anxiety Attacks.
Just a handful of the symptoms…
Do you feel the need to constantly fiddle with something Fiddling with something or constant fidgeting can be a sign of an impending panic attack.
Are you often feeling irritated for what seems no reason Feeling irritated all the time can be a sign of impending anxiety attacks.
Do you worry a lot If you seem to worry more than others about the things around you, like family, work, school etc then you may be leading up to being a victim of anxiety attacks.
Have you had a racing heart or shallow breath This is a biggy. If you find yourself having a racing heart beat and shortness of breath then you could well be in the grip of a panic attack.
